All members of the United Nations must agree to this law or will be terminated from the UN and not allowed back in.
This law must be followed: If another area is in great need of help, the UN powers must act upon the help. They must send troops into the area and help secure it from the enemies. If more then 1’000 people die by another power people send troops to help.
